Capping it at three felt like a good way to get into some detail. Something like biblical inerrancy feels like it needs some more detailed attention. Of course, you are completely right! While I agree that the germ of it starts with Luther, I feel like it truly hit its stride in response to the Enlightenment, especially as people certain even age local traditions took hold in the US.
